In the global geopolitical conditions, Indonesia’s furniture and handicraft industry continues to show positive growth prospects. The Indonesian Furniture and Handicraft Industry Association (HIMKI) is optimistic that the sector will continue to grow, contribute to the national economy and increase its competitiveness in the international market. Based on data from Expert Market Research, the value of the global furniture market will reach US$660 billion in 2024 and is expected to grow by 4.9% in the period 2025 to 2034. With a large market potential, organising international exhibitions such as Indonesia International Furniture Expo (IFEX) 2025 is a strategic step to introduce Indonesian furniture products to the global market.

IFEX 2025 is the 10th time the exhibition has been held in Indonesia since 2014. The exhibition was held for four days from 6 to 9 March 2025. This time, the exhibition was attended by about 500 participants with 3,000 excellent products. This exhibition aims to achieve transactions of USD 1 billion

For the 10th IFEX, Citra Fajar Utama (CFU) also participated with new collections. This time, CFU has taken the theme of luxury to heart in its furniture design. CFU’s hope is to attract buyers with a focus on the high end of the market. In addition to furniture, CFU is also exhibiting new woodworking collections, namely BoxBeam, Lumber Ceiling, which has been exported to the United States.
